Yaum Un Jadeed – On 22 July 2021 the African Union (AU) granted Israel an observer status With Guest AYESHA KAJEE former Executive Director of South Africa’s Freedom of Expression Institute and founding director of the International Human Rights Exchange Program at Wits University, South Africa. She previously headed the Democracy and Political Parties Project at the SA Institute of International Affairs. Her research interests include socio-political development, migration, gender justice, political economy, environmental rights, and transitional justice.
