Millions of people have lost their jobs as businesses went bankrupt following the outbreak of Covid-19. The 2021 academic year will only resume on the 15th of February, as more than half of the country’s parents are in favour of the delayed reopening of schools, one reason being that many parents cannot afford schools transport or school fees. This again raises the issue of free education.
